About

A Background of Fitness

Fitness is my gift! I knew early on that there was no other career option. My father was a football coach who put this fitness and competitive nature in me from when I was young. After winning my first major fitness competition, I hosted a fitness show on BET called Heart and Soul, which ran for three incredible seasons.

My favorite part about the show was educating the black community on health and fitness and being someone that looks like them on television. From 1999 until now, my mission has remained the same, to spread knowledge and wisdom about fitness and to help people be their best selves.

I have helped so many people achieve their fitness goals. I have now grown to use my knowledge to work with organizations, colleges, churches, and more to spread the message of health and wellness through classes, knowledge seminars, and more.

With me, you will ALWAYS get Motivation, Wisdom, and Accountability. With these three factors, the results WILL come!
